Senior Living Facility Roof Restoration

This project involved providing temporary emergency stabilization services followed by the replacement of multiple roofing systems across a senior living facility. The scope included the installation of dimensional asphalt shingles, metal roofing components, and a single-ply membrane system, each selected to match the structural requirements and design of the building’s various roof sections.

The shingle roof areas incorporate an open valley system utilizing metal valley flashing, allowing for improved water flow and long-term durability in high-drainage areas. Roof drainage across the facility is primarily managed through sheet flow directed into an aluminum gutter system, ensuring efficient water extraction and protection of the building envelope.

This project demonstrates the coordination required to integrate multiple roofing systems within a single property, delivering a cohesive, durable solution while maintaining reliable drainage performance and structural protection for the facility.
