Commercial Roofing System Installation
This project consisted of the installation of a fully adhered single-ply thermoplastic membrane roofing system designed to deliver high-performance waterproofing and long-term durability for a commercial structure.
To meet the International Energy Conservation Code (IECC) requirements for thermal performance, the roof assembly incorporated 4.5 inches of polyisocyanurate (ISO) insulation, providing the required R-value while improving overall energy efficiency and interior climate stability.
The roofing system was engineered with a primary and secondary overflow drainage system, ensuring reliable water management and protection against potential ponding or excessive rainfall events. This redundant drainage design helps safeguard the structure by providing an additional pathway for water removal should the primary drains become obstructed.
This installation demonstrates the integration of modern single-ply roofing technology, code-compliant insulation, and engineered drainage systems to create a durable, energy-efficient commercial roofing solution.
