Hotel Roofing Restoration & Emergency Response

This Dallas / Fort Worth project involved providing temporary emergency roofing services followed by the full replacement of the standing seam metal roofing system at a commercial hotel property. Our team first stabilized the structure to prevent additional water intrusion, ensuring the building remained protected while the permanent roofing solution was prepared and installed.

The restoration included the installation of a new standing seam metal roof system paired with high-temperature underlayment, designed to provide long-term durability and weather resistance. The roof design incorporates an open valley configuration using custom “W” valley metal, allowing for efficient water flow and reducing the risk of debris buildup.

To further enhance drainage performance, the roof system directs water into engineered steel box gutters, which manage and channel runoff away from the structure effectively.

This project demonstrates our ability to respond quickly to emergency situations while delivering high-performance roofing systems that meet the structural and drainage requirements of complex commercial properties.
